Clare and Confederates supports SME's and Start-ups with an expert, dedicated and friendly bookkeeping and payroll service and has both in-house and distance bookkeeping services. Payroll is carried out at Westbourne Studios and is a cost effective and efficient way of undertaking the payroll function. The experienced and qualified Confederate will ensure that clients will always have up to date financial information. The service is intended to underpin and enhance each business and give the necessary freedom for the business to maximise opportunities for growth.

Clare and Confederates has an expanding and satisfied network of clients based in and around London, including film and video production companies, an art gallery, several architects, a dotcom, a PR company, a self storage company, an events management company, and a charity. With a close-knit unit of 5 freelance Confederates at the moment, Clare and Confederates has a growing and enthusiastic team with great experience and skill, both qualified and part qualified in Accountancy and Taxation. Clare and Confederates is run by Clare Almond who has been involved in Bookkeeping and Payroll for over 20 years. She is more than able to manage Clare and Confederates having previously worked for a wide range of companies over a number of sectors and of varying sizes. She holds a degree in Music and is trained in Systems Analysis and Design and Programming.
