System does go down on regular basis and there has't been any defined justification for this.
Some how system does restore in time.
Staff is very friendly.
But it needs more than that to be called a good service.
This is just my personal review as one of the staff member of the Roksan Audio.

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Shawn, Not sure if you will want comments from me. I was Site Manager of Hayes School until 2005 when I retired. It appears you still have my home e mail address listed.
At the time I left the school City Telecom had had the contract for some years. I thought the company was superb in all aspects particularly with reliability and dealing with problems so quickly when we had a crisis. As I was leaving it semed that City Telecom were going to be involved in a huge development at Hayes School and I do hope the school used you for that and are continuing to do so.
