I hired the Platinum Package with which I got 3 different chocolate fountains. This also gave me the option of using milk, dark and white chocolate which was definitely very impressive! From the initial contact via email with Lynn Dixon to my wedding day I had total confidence in the company as they were so efficient and helpful in answering any of my queries. On the actual wedding day they were superb. They set up perfectly, were extremely friendly and helpful with all guests and I had absolutely nothing to worry about. All guests commented on how spectacular the fountains were and everything used and laid out on the evening was just as discussed. I am an events co-ordinator and hired this company for a party just before Christmas.
They turned up in good time, were very friendly and professional and couldn't have been more helpful.
I was also impressed by their uniform. A lot of chocolatiers that I have seen, just turn up in normal clothing or at best..an apron.
We hired the Platinum package which was 3 fountains with different chocolate in each, and it was a huge success. It certainly did provide thw WOW factor as they had promised.
Lynn and Paul (the chocolatiers) were on hand throughout the night, making sure that everyone had a good time. They kept the fountain clean and made sure that the dipping items were replenished...so everyone had plenty.
I would thoroughly recommend hiring this company for any event.
