Chilli and Chive - CateringWith over 2 years experience in the catering and event management sector, Chilli and Chive is a growing business that provides a bespoke service, whether small or large, to clients throughout the local area. Established in 2005 by two woman, the business is situated on the Wirral, but covering most of Merseyside.
Chilli and Chive was born through the passion of two ladies from the Wirral. After attending too many parties where the food was simply supermarket food on a plate, they decided to offer their clients homemade food, but at reasonable prices.
The company provides a professional catering and event management to clients, whether private or corporate, which is guaranteed to be enjoyable and relaxing, yet good value for money. They are able to take on all aspects of event management, from simple catering through to entertainment and decor design.
Chilli and Chive are able to cater for both domestic and commercial jobs for any occasion, and can provide the extras to finish off any event, from balloon, floral arrangements, entertainment, ice sculptures to the hire of table linen, china and cutlery. Staff are also available to serve on the day (or night). They can also provide a design service for invitations, signage and table places by some of the best designers in the country, trained at St Martins College, London.
With 6 full time employees, Chilli and Chive has a dynamic workforce who are qualified in various disciplines, including marketing, law and graphic design. They have an expanding group of customers that are situated in and around Merseyside, including charities, dental practices, sports clubs and other companies, as well as domestic work. The company is managed by Melanie Suggett and Jane Reynolds who have been involved in the Caterers business for many years. Melanie and Jane are well trained to oversee the company, having previously worked in the fields of marketing and law.
The company staff are qualified in Basic Food Hygiene.
