He contacted us in advance to go over our requirements and then on the day in question he was extremely helpful and completed each task more than competent level and with a happy attitude.

As other testimonials confirm, the phone was answered immediately with a prompt and very professional response. From our first telephone conversation Ray took total responsibility for finding someone suitable to fit our requirements and James the replacement chef arrived.
James was extremely efficient and well organised. To quote the Head Butler “the food was absolutely perfect, of exceptional standard and presentation”.
Ray kept in contact before, during and after James’s visit, which was very reassuring indeed.

He had the ability to cook to a high standard and serve the client on time. I also received a call to ensure i was satisfied, and when i needed two extra staff they were again with me when needed, I have found that using Chef for all seasons takes the pressure from me, knowing that whatever happens i will not be without competent hard working staff. Finding Ray Brizell and trusting him completely to have a chef on the job without fail, is a tremendous weight of my shoulders he is determined to please the company that is requesting the chef and its a delight to find an agency that really does care about service and also listens to the requirements and spec. From shift one everything went really well - you would not have known we were missing our usual chef. Excellent chef, maintained high personal and kitchen standards, punctual and fitted in really well with all other kitchen and front of house staff. I will not use another agency from now on... |
