Chedworth Farm Shop is located in the beautiful Cotswold village of Chedworth (9 miles east of Cheltenham) and has been providing fresh, local produce and a friendly service since 2006.

Chedworth Farm Shop and butchery provides customers with a range of delicious local meats, dairy products and vegetables; helping customers to buy local produce and support local farmers. With a fabulous cafe serving freshly made food, the farm shop and cafe are bound to inspire your culinary juices. There is an ice-cream parlour in the cafe selling delicious ice-cream made on site by Rosanne and her daughter using milk and cream from the farm. Friendly staff, disabled and child friendly atmosphere (we have disabled parking and toilet facilities) and lovely country walks make for a perfect day out.

The farm shop butchery supplies local meat all born and raised in Gloucestershire and helps support local farmers and small producers. Chicken is from a farm just outside Gloucester and lamb and pork comes from Cheltenham. The beef is from their own farm, meaning it has only travelled 3 miles, making it perfect for those watching their carbon footprint and wanting to buy British.

The farm shop and butchery is run by Rosanne who has been involved in farming all her life. She is helped run the shop and cafe by a small team of dedicated staff, including her father and daughters. A friendly family run business.

My husband and I decided not to give up anything for lent but we have decided to take up only buying local food. We were very happy to find Cotswold Farm Fayre as all the meat was local. The beef was from their own farm and their pork from a farm just outside Cheltenham. My husband and I thought it tasted so much better than the usual stuff but wondered if this was because we were expecting it too, but my mother in law came over and we had some topside and she commented on it being the nicest meat she had ever had. Praise indeed!

Having been snowed on for the past few days I was 'forced' to go to the farm shop. I must admit I have never been in before even though I pass it most days. The only staff that had made it in were the boss and her daughter and even though they were rushing around between the cafe and the shop they were really friendly. They went out of their way to help me and whilst there they helped push two cars out of their car park. I feel bad that I have not been in before but after their service with a smile and local produce I will be making a concerted effort to stop by regularly. Good work ladies. Keep it up.
