2.7 out of 5 | I am not impressed with this company so far! I made the order on 8th April - its the 14th now & I still havent heard from them. They havent respond to any of my emails, or messages. 1.0 out of 5 | My experience with this company was dire. I ordered a chair in January 2007, which broke a few weeks later. To cut a long story short, they simply were not interested in helping me and I had to involve trading standards. The chair was picked up in November 2007, yet over 4 months later they still have not refunded my money.
