Founded in 1986, CFA has many years experience in the marketing, PR and communications sector. Since that time, the copywriting, creative design and digital divisions have grown to become standalone niche service providers for clients throughout the UK. The copywriting division comprises a team of content specialists, working with clients including Totaljobs, Sony, Calvin Klein and Central Government. CFA copywriting division also partners closely with web agencies to deliver SEO / SEM content for a variety of online projects. The central office is located in Maidstone, Kent.

With brand new offices in Maidstone and a team of fully qualified writing staff, the company delivers professional copywriting to businesses large and small. The service is designed to provide benefit-led, creative and optimised content, online and offline, helping clients to market their products, services and reputation to the outside world. This includes strategic copywriting, digital content expertise (web, interactive applications and SEM), commercial and marketing intelligence, advertising, DM, editorial features and press material.

The copywriting division is managed by Joanne Dennis who has been involved in the copywriting industry business for over a decade. Joanne is well trained to oversee the division as the account director and head of copy, having previously run her own copywriting business and worked with many of the UK’s leading creative and digital agencies. Some of these clients included JWT, Pfizer, Kent Police, NTL, Sage and Shell.

CFA copywriting division has an expanding customer base, located in Europe and the UK.
