Having called on the off chance to discuss ideas for a new system, I was amazed at what we discovered. What a find! Living in Cardiff, we are sadly lacking in quality hi fi specialists and Ceritech have made the short journey well worth it. The level of service from both Simon and Samantha was first class. Very impressive showroom with very neat and tidy displays, great choice of equipment and the time taken to listen to what was required and then demo for as long as it takes, meant a Moon & Totem system has found a new home. Ceritech have over the last few years constantly strived to become the best AV suppliers in the South West and I think they're suceeding. I personally have used them on a number of occasions and their product knowledge is excellent and after sales support is fantastic. Highly recommeded.
We purchased a Home Cinema system from Ceritech Audio in August 2009. We were most impressed by the breadth of knowledge of the team we dealt with there, when considering what system would be best for us. We were given an excellent in depth demonstration, and the team visited our house to ensure that the products under consideration were suitable. The installation was carried out on time, and best of all neatly and efficiently with no mess! We have had a number of months using the system, and I can say that each and every member of the family is absolutely delighted with it. We found Ceritech not only very knowledgeable and professional but also very friendly and accomodating people to deal with - and they don't just forget you afterwards either - I've had a couple of queries which have been answered prompty, so "after sales" service is very good too. I auditioned and bought some speakers on the strength of the audition. I was made to feel exceptionally welcome and really enjoyed the whole experience. I have auditioned a lot of HiFi over the years and this was by far the best audion. Nothing was too much trouble.

An excellent Hifi/AV dealership who make sure they understand your needs and who don't try and push your budget beyond its capabilities! They know their stuff and provide excellent backup. I rate them as my top local dealer.
I was only going there to demo a subwoofer, but was given demos of other products too. I was treated like a VIP and when funds allow I will return to spend more - hopefully much more! Lovely place to go too!
I went to the Meet the Manufacturer event as advertised in HFC and really enjoyed the experience - so much so that I bought an AV amp based on Simon's recommendations and I am now looking at upgrading my CD player and audio amplifier too.
