1.0 out of 5 | I had my 2000 reg A4 Avant serviced, MOT'd and the cambelt changed in March 2008 and they completely ripped me off. When my car was picked up they made some excuse about my bumper having had work done on it but this was untrue to cover there bad workmanship, they didn't put the front end of my car back and now i have wires loose in the engine bay and all the electrics are messed up. I arranged to have it looked at and at the end of the day i rang them too see if it was ready and they said i would have to pick it up myself- lousy service, Malcolm, the owner is a complete tw*t Simon Thornley - 27 Aug 2008 |
4.7 out of 5 | i took my car to central audi vw for a service the staff were very friendly and one member of staff even drove me to the fort shoping centre whilst my car was being serviced once it was ready to collect they phoned me up and come and got me. i even got a free pair of car mats with my service which you dont normaly get anywhere else. i will definatly be using central audi vw again as their customer service is very good and they are a very honnest company at great prices
