Helen has many years experience working within the National Health Service and is committed to providing evidence-based, effective interventions within a collaborative and empathic relationship. She offers a free initial consultation, via email or telephone, to help the client determine whether CBT is for them and if not then she will endeavour to signpost them in the right direction to get the help they need.
