I have used Lee Cartwright for several years now. I am totally useless but Lee is always very patient with me. If he tells me my lap top will take 3 days to repair then thats how long it takes. He is prompt and reliable and very reasonable in huis charges. He collects and delivers my lap top and I certainly would reccommend him to anybody. I now pay a small monthly fee for Lee to keep an eye on my lap top. Brilliant service.
Lee did the job of replacing the charging port for my laptop very quickly and professionally. PC World wanted the laptop for 3 weeks, but Lee id it in only a few days at a good price. I would have no problem recommending him.
I have known Lee for about 5 years now. In this time he has always been able to resolve any problems I have had with my computer set up. He is an honest person, good sense of humour, and a quite a superb brain :-)).
As often happens, microsoft send and install windows updates on my pc - sometimes 19 or so at a time. As occasionally happens, things like my email don't work/become corrupt as a result. Cartcom supplied and installed a new wireless printer and extender and connected three devices. Very satisfied with the service both in terms of prompt response and attention to detail in completing the work.
Had a problem with windows 8 running the games on Lee's site. Made contact and the problem was resolved quickly/efficiently/remotely by Lee. Thanks very much. He also restored my Toshiba windows 8 laptop back to the way I required after the 'Tech guys at PC world' did a refresh on it and gave it back to me working ( but without 4-5 apps that had been wiped off ! ) thanks again Lee. All work Lee has carried out for me has always been executed with the utmost speed and efficiency. I'd challenge anyone to find a more friendly and diligent person to deal with... And at such a minimal cost.
Solving bizarre connectivity problems on a home visit and taking time and patience to ensure we were fully back up to speed and comfortable using the new equipment. Friendly, professional , very efficient service which we would thoroughly recommend.
