1.0 out of 5 | Absolutely awful.They ruined my carpet completely!!!!!!!!!!! The cleaning did not even remove the stains which were there,but also left NEW BRIGHT BLUE STAINS on my cream coloured carpet ALL over the house from the workmen's plastic shoe covers!!
AND to top it all off,when i called to ask for a reclean,they kept putting me off with stupid excuses...
God awful company,extremely unprofessional and instead of cleaning my carpet ,left it ruined...i will have to get it completely changed now... mrs prasanth - 10 May 2008 |
