Cardsave
I signed up with cardsave  in October 2011 and was told by thee rep it'll be 3 weeks till my terminal arrived, it arrived jan 2012 so they  lied. 
I received the terminal 9th  jan it was faulty every time I received a payment I had to turn the  machine off then on to receive payment. Despite ringing cardsave after numerous times they decided to to replace my terminal Friday 24the a day after I rang to request a new one. Unfortunately I was in a meeting and a courier arrived with a new terminal and also to collect faulty terminal. Unbeknown to my husband he handed back the faulty terminal with the Sim still in it. I then phoned cardsave to clarify this  and there  reply was "its going to cost me £500 to replace the Sim" being a sole trader I nearly fainted that the fact was in there terms & conditions state that thee terminal is the property of cardsave also you are prohibited to remove any covers on the machine. The handbook guides you how to insert the  Sim it doesn't show you how to remove it. It also doesn't states that if the Sim goes back to them by accident you got to pay £500 as they consider it missing even though  they  have it in thee machine. I'm absolutely devastated as I've just started up my new home hairdressing business. I've now got a machine that has no Sim but still got to pay for. I've been absolutely in tears that  I've never defaulted on my payments to cardsave however they haven't complied to there own terms & conditions. I even rang streamline who were so helpful and disgusted with  what had been requested of me as I was in such a state over the matter. Never again will I go to cardsave and I've learnt a hard business lesson from this. Moral of this is. Cardsave has hidden agreements that you and I don't know about till things go wrong.

I agree since been with cardsave ive had nothing but trouble from terminal not working, account messed up and for customer service absolutley awful. you end up somebody telling you somebody will call you back and they never do. Cant wait to my contract expires!!!!

We as a company have had no help or information from cardsave we had an application pending for 7 weeks for a card payment terminal. We had no response from cardsave we phoned them asking for answers and we was told we shall receive a call back but we never did, this happened on a regular bases but no call.
we really are not happy with their service.
