It turns out that the review was placed here by a very disgruntled customer who was in financial problems and refused to pay for the website. So I went ahead and I am please to say that I am very happy with what I got from Caboodle. The whole team are creative and clever and I would definitely recommend them.

The MD, Paul Morgan promised a job in 30days.
It was a full website design.
Over a year later, he still hadn't finished.
Massive number of glitches. Basically unusable website. It was ridiculous.
Unsavoury history of cybersquatting, promising things they can't/ won't do. Only interested in getting you to sign up. After that, he couldn't be bothered until you move towards legal threats.
It didnt surprise me a bit that there were a number of other hugely dissatified customers.
Don't fall for the charm and promises.
