We were recommended C the world by a friend to book our honeymoon and we are so glad we used them. We initially booked with another company and we really let down and ended up having to fight for a refund because of the service we received. Carolyn at c the world was like a breath of fresh air. What she didn't know about the world you could fit on a postage stamp! Full of useful information and had stayed at one of the hotels we wanted to stay in. The booking was smooth from start to finish and she kept in constant contact and was so prompt with replies if we had any questions. Our honeymoon was amazing and we will definitely be booking future holidays with them.
I have used C The World three times, twice to find me a hotel for one night and once to find me a mini-cruise to a particular destination. Each time one call, stating what I wanted, was enough for them to come up with the perfect solution for me at a reasonable price. In the case of the cruise I also got a lot of support from the agent to sort out specific requirements. There didn't seem to any difference in the level of care and attention given, irrespective of the final price tag.
C The World has been arranging all my travel over the last three years and I must say (tempting fate) never a hitch.
Just come back from Rome (treat for the wife on our anniversary). What a trip - everything arranged, went like clockwork - great hotel and too much good food and wine!
I've used C The World a few times, once for my honeymoon and a couple of times since. They're always friendly and are willing to help with no sense of any questions or alterations being an inconvenience. With the honeymoon we found the price of a higher grade cabin to which we'd booked had dropped and was only going to cost us a small amount more. They helped us swiftly amend the booking to go to a higher grade. This was effortless for them and they almost were as excited as we were for getting the upgrade. Will use them for future bookings/research.
As the summer had been so bad this year I was passing C the World and thought I would pop in to see what was on offer. I have never used an independant travel service before and was not sure what to expect what a surprise Carolyn and Claire made us feel at ease and put us under no pressure to make a sale. The advice and help to complete all aspects of the holiday (insurance and airport parking)was done by Claire while all we did was sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee made for us. When I want to book another holiday anywhere I know where and who I shall be visiting again... The ladies at C the world. If anyone wants a super smaller relaxed adult holiday with no rowdyness then I can reccomned the Osborne Hotel, Valletta, Malta. Please dont book when I want to go or if to many people go I wont get a room.

I can always rely on a great service for booking flights - their knowledge about connections is incredible and responses area always prompt and detailed. C The World are my preferred flight operator.
This year has special events for Judy and me. A milestone birthday for my wife, and our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We have saved our pennies for a number of years, in order to celebrate with a number of trips. Thank goodness for Carolyn and the team at C The World! Having spent many hours trying to arrange my own trips online, I decided to ask CTW if they could help. Our first event was to Iceland, CTW organised a package, including a fab hotel in the best Location. The overall cost was far lower than I could organise, and included a number of pre booked excursions. CTW also found a special offer of a free extra night, an offer I would not have found anywhere by my own efforts. At late notice, family asked if they could join us, CTW arranged additional places on the entire package. Next was a weekend break in Paris, great location, transfer and excellent flight times, all organised at very competitve costs. Recently, we took a sun break to Turkey. The staff at CTW reviewed our selection, made there own recommendations and offered us another 'special offer cost'. We have returned refreshed from an exceptional holiday, at an amazing cost. It is probably the first an only time that we have actually received our pre-booked Veg meals during the flight (in both directions), just all so well organised and effortless for us. During two of the trips, we found we had the need to make a telephone call to CTW to ask some questions, the support of an office base whilst abroad was very helpful and most reassuring. We have referred CTW to family and friends, and wish to give this glowing report to anyone considering Travel requirements. I feel lucky to have this excellent service so close to home.
C the World prepared an excellent itinerary for our trip to New Zealand. They really listened to the types of places we like to stay at - giving us choices we would never have found ourselves. They sorted out all the flights and car hire, taking away all the hassle.
I wanted a quick holiday booked to Istanbul, knowing that I wanted to go there but wasnt too sure where to base myself, etc. Claire took care of all of the arrangements for me and managed to secure rooms at a fantastic hotel for a reasonable price (cheaper than I could find myself on the web). She also managed to find a range of flights and then found a better and cheaper option just before we confirmed, which was welcome news!
It couldnt have been easier and I would definitely use C The World again.
We used C the World to sort out a fairly last minute skiing trip and they came up trumps. Everything was very well sourced and organised... From the tickets to the transport and accommodation and ski passes. I will definitely be using them again.
