We ordered some samples online and decided to buy 20 packs of tiles. On the whole we were happy as we recieved within a week and there was the odd broken tile but overall we where happy with the service and price.

Delivery and after sales service is appalling. I had to cancel my tiler twice. I was advised that tiles I ordered were ready for collection but there was part of the order missing. I was then told it would arrive the next day but it didn't. one pack of tiles were cracked but they refused to replace them. Do not use this organisation if you are looking for good service.
