Bull and Dog Inn - PubThe Bull and Dog Inn is a traditional oak beamed, rural dining pub, offering a wide selection of freshly prepared food in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. This traditional pub, which can be found in Coton (Whitchurch), was re-opened last year and is now family run.
The Bull and Dog is open 7 days a week serving food and drink. Monday to Friday, the opening times are 12-2pm and 5-11pm. At weekends the pub is open all day from 12-11pm. Children and well behaved pets are welcome. The establishment has been non-smoking from re-opening, however, a heated and lit smoking area is available for client's use.
A wide range of beers, lagers, cask ales and fine wines are served. The meals are all freshly prepared with all items off the main menu made from locally sought ingredients. All of the meats are sourced from a nearby farm and are of the highest quality. The pub also serves meats, poultry and fish on the Blackrock grill - where the customer cooks his / her own meal on an extremely hot volcanic stone. A range of desserts are home-baked by another member of the Walker family and are very popular. A 3-meat Carvery is served every Sunday lunchtime and booking is advised.
