4.7 out of 5 | During summer 2009 we employed Building Matters to undertake a top floor extension and complete renovation. We are delighted with the approach to their work, they planned well, used friendly and efficient trades people (the plumber, plasterer and carpenters were particularly good)
We liked the way sensible suggestions were recommended as we progressed through the building work.
The quality of finish was excellent – value for money was superb – we would highly recommend Building Matters to people looking for high quality, hardworking, honest builders in the Kingston, Richmond and Twickenham area.

4.7 out of 5 | Building Matters were called in at very short notice to repair our roof and they did such a great job that they were called back again to replace our kitchen. We had tight timelines due to relocation and the service and commitment from Ashley and the team was second to none. It is hard enough trying to find a decent, reliable builder who is value for money in London and I would recommend these guys every time.Victoria Harper reviewed Building Matters on 10 Feb 2009 |
3.7 out of 5 | Overall a very reliable and helpful service. Unlike most builders they always arrive on the day they say they will, and I was never left waiting around for a promised appointment. The prices quoted for jobs are very competitive, and although the quality of finish is what you would expect for such value, any potential problems are put right until you are satisfied. I continue to recommend them to colleagues.Anonymous reviewed Building Matters on 8 Jan 2009 |
5.0 out of 5 | Very friendly and professional people.
Value for money: the service/products was excellent since they sorted everything and seem to know from the beginning what sort of taste we had. They also made sure that they kept to the budget they had quoted.
Service:The costumer service was great, as mentioned, friendly, tidy and always on time. The quality of the products services they provided were also great, they seemed to know exactly what they were doing.
Quality: In all I am very grateful for the job, I have previously experienced leak after leak after leak and now after Building Matters did the job my bathroom both looks great and don't leak anymore.
Thank you.Emely Andersson reviewed Building Matters on 17 Dec 2008 |
