It is a reliable, open and friendly organisation that demonstrates a high level of attention to detail (which is imperative for our own marketing). It responds to any queries or requests in a timely and appropriate manner.
For me, one of BSA’s biggest assets is that it considers everything it does. Any requests are dealt with, but ideas for improvement are also offered. In jargon terms, BSA provides a lot of ‘added value’ to any project. This is a scenario that works exceptionally well for a marketing/business services agency. It creates a synergy from the agency’s skills and the knowledge you have of your own business.
We have been working with BSA for over a decade. During this time we have designed, developed and implemented many marketing systems. This continual process has led to an impressive steady growth of our own business. Since we began our relationship with BSA, our customer base has gone from hundreds to thousands and our employees from a handful to representations worldwide.
I can definitely recommend the services of BSA to small and medium sized businesses. It can offer help, knowledge and experience that does not exist within such organisations. It also offers solutions to a variety of budgets. We started off with one small project on a low budget. This soon grew as we saw the effectiveness of the results. BSA is now involved in most of our marketing activities and runs our highly acclaimed web site.

They have a problem-solving attitude; if something can't apparently be done a solution or work around is always proposed. BSA is responsive, technically literate and marketing literate and I will be asking them to work with me again. |

4.3 out of 5 | It is always a relief when you are able to pass over the design and functionality of a website to a reliable third party, so that you can get on with the job of making money for your business. BSA took on the regular management of Exportaid a couple of years back, but more importantly they have frequently offered cost-effective solutions for some of the new developments on the website where we needed specific expertise. Last year we extended their services to support The Export Network of which Exportaid is a founder member. Exportaid now manages a growing and easily-managed customer database and have secure online payment facilities We know that on the rare occasions we need to call on BSA for more immediate help, they are only a phone call away. |
