Friendly and knowledgeable engineer who was able to install wireless router and solve various internet problems. Would definitely use again.

The wireless connection on my laptop has not worked for more than a year. I took it to a well known computer store and was informed that they would charge me approximately £400 to diagnose and fix the problem (they did say, however that they would not guarantee success). I found this company through a Google search, and phoned them. The same day Michael from Broken PC came to my house and checked for problems he needed to take my laptop away, however delivered it back to me the next day as promised in full working order. I am delighted that my wireless connection is up and running again and would not hesitate to recommend his company.
