It is situated approx. 1. 2 miles from the train station, near to Boston Tennis Club and the Princess Royal Sports Arena and Boston Squash Club. Fishing and Golf are also nearby as and the local pub and Tesco store are approx. 5 minutes walk. Convenient for Boston Rowing club.
With all rooms featuring en suite facilities and experienced staff, the company is able to offer a professional accommodation service to businesses and tourists resulting in a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Freeview TV is now available in most rooms and a cooked English Breakfast is included in B&B price. Wide selection of cereals available for all guests. For those who need to get away early in the morning a cereal breakfast is available. Payment by credit and debit cards accepted. Lawned area for guest usage.

The company is managed by husband and wife Brad and Janet Haynes who have been involved in the guest house industry for several years. Janet Haynes is well trained to look after the catering side, having previously worked for Nottingham Council and various hotels in Nottingham.
