The experience gained within the NHS has enhanced a broad spectrum of skills including neurological conditions, musculoskeletal, orthopaedics and sports injuries, mobility problems and falls, respiratory conditions and women’s health issues such as antenatal and postnatal care.
The clinic offers assessment and treatment on a private one-to-one basis, pilates classes or individual sessions, acupuncture for pain relief, electrotherapy, therapeutic massage and many other physiotherapy treatment methods.
The pilates classes are great for long-term condition management and maintenance of long term back problems and neurological conditions such as M. S and Parkinsons. They are run in 6 week blocks, for starting dates see the website or contact the clinic for details.
The clinic is situated within the Northern Academy of Dance and Stage, on the first floor with steps to access. As this is not ideal following injury or illness, home visits will be undertaken, where it is agreed access will be a problem.
