By using the latest digital equipment, Spuhl Virtu 3. 5m Flatbed, vutek 3360 up to 3 metres wide, and an HP Indego s2000 SR A3 this enables great versatility.
The latest purchase Spuhl Virtu 3. 5m Flatbed including white enables digital print on almost anything at 1200dpi. The process is print directly onto the substrate with no need for lamination. This brings cost savings to the client and a quicker turn around. For more information visit the website.
Materials that can be printed onto are vast including self adhesive vinyl, clear vinyl, bannergrade substrates, canvas materials, foamex, plastics, wood, glass, papers etc.
Along with the digital print facilities CNC, routing enables profile cutting out from screen and digital graphics from polycarbonate to foamex that has graphics printed straight onto it. On a small scale their is vacuum forming tools also that work with small format screen and digital print.
