From the factory in Wateringbury (Maidstone), Bound Around Ltd manufactures custom made paper over board and cloth bound ringbinders, case bound booklets, folders, showcards, slipcases and presentation boxes to designers, printers, stationers, marketing, advertising, binding and other trade clients throughout the UK.

Established in 1993, the directors offer many years of experience in the trade, and offer to bind printed papers supplied over boards, crease and fit to form ring binders. Bound Around also work in bookcloths, synthetic materials, PU and recycled leathers, and offer in-house foil blocking, thread sewing, press-studding and metal cornering. Small to medium runs to the highest standards.

The company manufactures hand made ring binders that look great and are designed for the home or the office. Custom made, the product options are almost endless. The products are available to be manufactured in next to no time.

Bound Around Ltd has an expanding customer base, situated throughout the UK, manufacturing for all trades who are re-selling to end users. It does not employ salesmen, and relies on customer print industry knowledge and expertise. Bound Around is willing to provide technical know how to those who have a basic understanding of the versatility and the limitations of the printing and binding processes.

The company is largely controlled by Steve Pilcher who has worked within the binding business since 1976. Steve Pilcher is well trained to manage the company, having previously been a sales office and customer service manager at an established large binder manufacturing and engineering company.

With a traditionally fitted workshop and well trained craftsmen, the company is able to offer an expert range of products to businesses. The products are designed to be cost effective, enabling clients to increase profitability, with professionally made good looking products to enhance and promote the end user name.

All the binding operations are carried out in-house, to ensure the highest standards of workmanship, and responsibility for these standards is paramount.
