I used Bounceroo to help me organise a party for 60 people at home. Their service was efficient and friendly. Everything that was ordered turned up on time and was unloaded quickly and without fuss. The next day Bounceroo turned up at the stated time, cleared away quickly and took all the washing up with them! I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Four years running we have hired a marquee from Gary - always erected in good time, and always immaculate. The team are always helpful and cheerful, and the marquee always exactly where we wanted it. We once changed our order at the last minute, and were still looked after perfectly well.
We ordered the cold fork buffet, canapés and crockery for 120 people, as well as having 2 waiting staff from Bounceroo. The quality of the food was fantastic and the waiting staff were very accommodating and friendly. We booked Bounceroo 3 months in advance of our wedding party; despite the short notice they were very efficient in their communication and went out of their way to arrange for waiting staff for us, even though they were fully booked that day already. Many guests at the party commented on the high quality and presentation of the food, the lovely waiting staff, and asked who the caterers were as they wanted to use them for their own upcoming functions. We couldn't have been happier with every aspect of the catering service Bounceroo provided and were impressed with the value for money they offered. We would definitely use them again, and recommend them to friends and family. They really helped make our special day run smoothly and it was great to have such terrific waiting staff on hand all day. Anyone would be lucky to have their function catered for by Bounceroo.

We hired bounceroo for my wifes 40th party in our field,the bar was proffesionally set up in our hay barn with no fuss and looked fabulous . The bouncy castle for the kids was a god send .Throughly professional throughout,great communication and very resonable rates .You will not be dissapointed.Many thanks Gary and your team.
We contacted Bounderoo at short notice to hire a marquee as the weather forecast for our garden party did not look favourable! They were very helpful in recommending a size and location where it could best be located and were able to provide a complete package of tables & chairs, and even flooring which we had not even considered. Everything provided was in very good condition and their team were extremely friendly and efficient. I would have no hesitation is using them on another occasion.
We hired the Bounceroo mobile bar for our wedding recently, I can honestly recommend them, the service they provided was excellent. The bar looked great, the drink range was great and the staff were great. Our guests were extremely happy with the service they received.
We would 100% use this company again. We also hired some champagne glasses and this service was excellent too.
The bar service provided surpassed our expectations and we would definitely use Bounceroo again and recommend to friends. The bar looked extremely professional with all the drinks you would expect which were all served in the correct glasses and at the right temperature. We asked Bounceroo to provide us with marquees and tents for our Reepham Royal Wedding Party. All I can say is that I am glad we went with Gary and his team. Gary and Reg were ultra professional, fantastically quick and exceptionally responsive to our requirements.
