My comments are about the service I received from Neil Williams who is a Cert CII Senior Insurance Executive for Boshers Ltd at Bideford. I would like to say a very big thank you for the assistance you gave me organising insurance for my Holiday Home last week. I spoke to you to arrange the insurance at the last minute, and you pulled out all the stops to get the documents to me by Friday evening as I had requested, calmly finding a different way to get the documents to me when the e-mail failed to send. The policy is exactly what I need.

It is unusual to find someone so helpful on the end of a phone these days, it is sad to say, but once again, thank you very much for all your help.
