Born in a Barn Studio is a long established business offering 1st class recordings on a Pro Tools HD rig to clients throughout the local area and across the UK. The company, which is based in Ansty (just north of Coventry), originally started in 2004 but the owner has over 15 years experience in the music industry generally and has worked on the road with many top names in the past. Catering for bands, ensembles, soloists the studio is very diverse in its nature and boasts the largest live room in the midlands. With overnight accommodation this studio is the ideal hideaway for music creativity.

Born in a Barn Studio is owned by Roger Greasby and has a growing team of freelance engineers. Roger was qualified to degree level in 1992 and passed a diploma in music at age 17. However the best experience any producer can gain is hands-on, everyday troubleshooting and final mastering experience. Born in a Barn Studio has an expanding customer base, located in and around Coventry, including many local bands and acoustic groups. A growing corporate side to the business now is evident and it undertakes larger projects if required. Clients include Birmingham StageSchool, The West Midlands Police Brass Band and countless bands / groups such as The Rrrs(Warwick Uni), Half of Nothing(Coventry), Ist(Leicester), Dear Superstar(Manchester), The Void(Coventry), Vigilante Wing(Chesterfield), Temba(London) to name a few. The firm offers comprehensive recording services to bands / groups / agents and businesses, which are designed to be cost effective for everyone. With a custom built studio (in old milking parlour style premises on 1 level), the business is ideal for a diverse range of situations and also has experienced staff allowing clients to fully relax into their music. A full mastering service is offered to new clients and duplication services are available through good local contacts. Any bands wanting to record over the weekend also have the option of getting a gig in Coventry with local venues.
