Established in 2002, Bodywork-Pilates offers the only fully equipped pilates reformer studio in the area. Director / owner, Helen Conway, has over 20 years experience teaching within the fitness industry, over 12 years experience teaching pilates.
Bodywork-Pilates offers 30 classes a week for all abilities and offers professional personal instruction to clients throughout Chester, Wrexham and Wirral.
As well as pilates and yoga classes, Bodywork-Pilates offers regular yoga workshops, day and weekend retreats as well as a full programme of holistic therapies, including baby massage, swedish massage, ancient thai massage, nutritional consultation and reiki.
Bodywork Pilates Ltd has a client base ranging in age from 14 to 76. All abilities are catered for and classes can be modified to accommodate many health issues including back, neck, shoulder and hip problems, pregnancy, illness and injury rehab and posture related pain. Whether the client is fit and wishes to remain so, or is unfit and wishes to change, Bodywork-Pilates will be able to guide them through an appropriate level of activity each and every time they attend.
