Body Fix Health and Fitness is a growing business, offering personal training and sports injury
solutions to clients in York and the surrounding area. The business is fully mobile and has
satellite injury clinics at a variety of locations. It originally started out in 2007 but the owner
has many previous years experience in the personal training and sports injury industry.

Body Fix Health and Fitness has a professional network of Advanced Level 3 Personal Trainers
all registered on the Register of Exercise Professionals.

Sports injury treatments are conducted by a Level 3 diploma Sports Therapist with a network
of other health professionals available to refer any complicated situations on to.

Body Fix Health and Fitness has an expanding customer base, including leading sports men and women and recreational exercisers. Body Fix Health and Fitness staff are registered on the Register of Exercise professionals to advanced Level 3 standard. Body-Fix offer Sports Massage, Injury Rehabilitation, Sports Injury Clinic, Personal Training, Core and Back stability sessions, Swedish Body massage, Indian Head Massage.

The company is owned and operated by Mark Tipping who has been involved in the Health and Fitness Industry for many years and is an advanced Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 3 Diploma Sports Therapist. Mark Tipping is joined by his wife Collette who conducts the swedish body massage and Indian Head massage side of the business.
