|Mark does a great circuits session - we are a group of 4 women friends who work out with Mark at one of our houses - the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and Mark puts us through our paces with expert guidance and gentle humour. We do a mixture of weights and other exercises such as the plank, lunges, and boxing. I always feel great afterwards and can thoroughly recommend him.|
|I have been training with Marc now for about 4 years both one on one training and with a group. He is fantastic. When I was pregnant he personalised a programme to suit my needs, which meant that when the baby was born and I was ready to start training again, I got my body back a lot quicker than after my previous 2 pregnancies. |I have been working with Marc Marchant for about six years now and have been consistently happy with the results. Being a masochist my regular session (aerobic, core strength, yoga etc) with Marc is at 8.30 on Saturday morning when I should be enjoying a lie in! However, the convenience of having Marc come to my home means I can't duck out and he is always punctual, cheerful, keen and ready to find new ways to push me harder! At the age of 51 I am now fitter and stronger than I have ever been before and whilst I am very active sporting wise from cycling to triathlon, tennis, golf, football and polo I have been mercifully free of injury. I put this down to a large part to the work I have done with Marc developing my core strength and flexibility. Marc has shown me a range of exercises that focus on using one's own body weight with little need for machines or weights which helps me enormously as I travel very regularly. Marc also has a great style when working with me and always makes me push myself that little bit harder than I thought I could but he does so with quiet encouragement rather than bullying. He is always exploring new training methods and is also very knowledgeable as regards nutrition etc and has not only helped me but also my 17 year old son who is a promising rugby player. Not only that but he has an artistic side and has helped my wife with interior design and cooking tips!!|
All in all I cannot recommend him highly enough.
