Liz provides patients with a scientific, professional approach to a wide range of health problems, including digestive problems, skin complaints, depression, weight problems, aches and pains and fatique, at all ages. Lifestyle diet, medication and supplements are assessed at the consultation. Scientific, laboratory tests are sometimes recommended. Blood tests for vitamin D levels, anaemia, thyroid function, Candida albicans and other assessments may be recommended. Hair mineral analysis is also offered to accurately measure levels of minerals.
Liz keeps up to date with current research into the effects of nutrition on health, by regularly attending health and nutritional medicine seminars. Liz studied herbal medicine at the University of East London and Health Promotion with health studies at the Open University, qualifying with a bachelor of science degree in 2005. This was followed by a diploma in Natural Nutrition at the College of Natural Nutrition in 2006.
