Established in 2004, Body Balance Holistic Therapies has many years' experience in the massage therapists profession, and provides treatments to suit the individual; including reflexology, indian head massage, hot stone therapy, sports and remedial massage and aromatherapy. Body Balance Holistic Therapy is sole run by Cathryn Ilott who has achieved the necessary qualifications in all the Therapies provided including NVQ3 Diploma, Active Foundation Diploma, is a Member of Association of Reflexology and has First aid training.

Body Balance is managed by Cathryn Ilott who has been working in the holistic therapy business for many years. Having previously worked for Grand Bay and Fawsley Hall, Cathryn Ilott is adequately trained to run the company.
The company can supply a range of Aloe Vera (FLP) Products, Microwavable hot/cold packs and Bio Freeze pain relief sprays, roll on and gels that help the body to stay healthy, aid quicker recovery and are perfect for the whole family. I have suffered with multiple problems - hip, back, neck and shoulders for some considerable time. I've tried lots of other things like Osteopaths and Chiropractors - but none of them has produced the results I have had since visiting Kat for regular treatments. She is also one of the most understanding and thoughtful practioners I have had the pleasure to meet. She is flexible on appointments to fit in with my hectic lifestyle and she always takes time to listen, and with great empathy. When you are in pain one of the most important things is to feel that somebody understands and acknowledges that pain, which although not visible, is very debilitating to the sufferer and can seriously affect your quality of life. Cat understands this and her treatments incorporate addressing both mind and body. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

She is professional, really consultative and above all else brilliant at what she does, I would highly recommend her to anyone.

At 7 months just getting comfortable is an achievment but thanks to the specially shaped bolsters I could lie on my front and have a proper relaxing massage. I have recently been for a massage at a spa where they would only massage me on my side which was neither relaxing as the touch was too light or comfortable. I would highly recommend Cat for pregnancy massage cant wait to go again next week.

I find Cat very friendly and very easy to talk to and that she listens to you and what you want from your treatment. I would highly recommend her!

I have suffered with back, neck and headache problems that doctors prescribe drugs for that I am not keen on taking.. After just a couple of appoinments with Cat's healing hands she has vastly improved all of the above and I very rarely get headaches at all now.
I also run a lot and have had pre-run massages that help so much.
I would and do recommend Body Balance for aches, pains or just relaxation :-).

I had four treatments and was pregnant within three weeks. I am convinced that Cats magic hands resulted in the birth of my daughter Gracie, who is now almost a year old.

After one fabulous session with Cat, I am on the road to recovery and her expert knowledge, recommendation on healing and stretching exercises and variety of Massage therapies makes her the best around!
I have also used Cat's services for a number of Corporate Events we have held for Clients and her mini massages helped to make successful and memorable events for all involved!
