BoBelle has a small yet dedicated team of employees, all of whom are educated to postgraduate level. BoBelle is managed by Claire Watt-Smith who has been focusing on the fair trade sector for the past few years. Having completed her Masters thesis on the effects of the multi-nationals on small businesses, BoBelle was founded. The ethos of BoBelle is to promote fair trade in general and to prove that fair trade need not be frumpy or unfashionable. Fair trade should be a right, not a luxury and BoBelle is trying to emphasise this by supplying carefully crafted fashion accessories, organic baby clothes and natual gifts which have all been created under fair trade conditions by talented artisans.
