The main one being the convenience of him letting me know when he will be at the house so that I can arrange my gate to be left open. The quality of work carried out is second to none, especially as we currently live on a building site and the windows and sills get very dirty very quickly. Real value for money and he looks after new customers to whom he has been recommended. The various methods of contact and payment are excellent. Finally, if you ever miss a visit due to holidays etc, he is always happy to carry out the work as soon as possible upon your return, regardless of his schedule. Thanks Bob!!
