Blue Sky Coaching is an evolving business, offering personal coaching to busy professionals throughout the South West of England and beyond. The business was established in 2004, and is based in Budleigh Salterton, Devon. Its founder, Carol Kerr has many years experience of successfully using and teaching life coaching skills and processes. Blue Sky Coaching specialises in outdoor "walk and talk" coaching which has proved very popular with clients as well as being an extremely effective coaching method. Clients may prefer to sit and work together in a relaxed atmosphere, or work over the telephone, to suit their individual requirements.
Carol is fully qualified and insured and committed to working under a strict coaching code of ethics and good practice.
The business offers a range of coaching services to people within organisations and to private individuals who are looking to transform aspects of their professional or personal life. The service is designed to be rewarding and inspirational, enabling clients to achieve a successful outcome. The focus can be on any aspect including self esteem, career or business development, planning for success, managing your mind to improve health and fitness, improved organisation at work or at home, transforming relationships, behaviour, performance or achievement levels.
Carol is a Member of the Association for Coaching (MAC). She is also a Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management (MInstLM) a Member of the Institute for Learning (AIfL) and a Fellow of the Institute of Assessors and Verifiers (FLIAV). Her coaching skills are accredited via the diploma in life, business and executive coaching and the certificate in supervision, mentoring and coaching.
