| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Used Bloomsbury for an end of tenancy clean the other day, when our booked cleaning company pulled out. Even though I phoned them at the last minute they had a slot free to come down and clean the property. The manager (called martha) I think, called me before the end of the clean and took me through what had been cleaned and pointed out areas which items were damaged and could not be cleaned. As some of this damage was on the carpet before I got into the property (I had taken photos when I moved in and thought they were just dirty) this was helpful for the inventory check later the next day, as they gave me a copy of the sign off sheet for the estate agents. They were more expensive than the company I had booked initially, but I think it saved me money on my deposit in the long run. Really good, and I will definately use again if I move back to London.

| 1.05 1.0 out of 5 - Avoid this company. They confirmed a carpet clean with us but were impossible to get hold of, not replying to emails and not returning calls. The receptionist who did answer the phone couldn't even tell me if my slot was confirmed on the day that they were due and wasn't able to contact the owner of the business who does the work.
All in all, a very unsatisfactory experience.
