1.0 out of 5 | I bought a fabric sample from them so that I could make decisions about my wedding, and was planning to buy the dress. when they sent me a picture of the sample they were going to send, it was not the color on the website. then they stopped answering emails, and when I called, they hung up on me. they didnt even answer theyre other phone #. to this day i havent received the fabric sample i paid for. theyre only answer to me was that they could make me the dress in time if i wanted to order it. $600 for a dress when you cant even answer the phone? how am i supposed to depend on that? I was unwilling to make a mad dash to the local bridal shop, where the dresses look like bed sheets. This company advertises beautiful dresses but doesnt seem concerned with selling them. After initially having problems finding the perfect wedding dress i then came across Blissful Brides Online and it wasnt just the superb quality dress, but also the excellent customer service and simplicity that really made my wedding day a great sucess.
