Birth Affinity is run by friendly, qualified Midwife Lorraine Berry. With over 11 years experience in providing expert antenatal, labour and postnatal care and support, Lorraine now offers private high quality, professional birth preparation classes and Natal Hypnotherapy to clients throughout Herts and Essex. Birth Affinity is based in Bishop's Stortford where group courses are provided at Pearse House, but also offers individual classes in your own home.

Lorraine Berry of Birth Affinity is a professional qualified midwife. She is also a fully trained and up to date Natal Hypnotherapy practitioner and has a solid background in providing high level antenatal classes. She was personally responsible for initiating active birth classes at a previous NHS hospital, which resulted in a notable improvement in birth outcomes for attendees and led to her presenting the findings at the Royal College of Midwives Conference in 2005. Lorraine is a member of the NMC, RCM and FEDANT. Empowering clients to have positive birth experiences, Birth Affinity provides women and their birth partners with a professional birth preparation service. With classes designed around your specific and individual needs and wishes, and taught in a supportive, non-judgemental and caring atmosphere, the courses are designed to be of benefit for all pregnant women.
