5.0 out of 5 | I'd been dubious about how good a wire binder would be at such a low price but I went ahead and I bought the PEACH WIRE BINDING MACHINE + CALENDAR KIT + VARIOUS ACCESSORIES and was NOT disappointed. I dealt with Clare from binding solutions and she went out of her way to help me, she even separated packs of binding covers so I could have mixed colour packs which saved me a lot of money and enabled me to have all the colours I wanted. When a problem occured she dealt with it at the speed of light no questions asked! Each and every question I asked before making my purchase were answered extremely quickly (and trust me, I asked many questions before making my mind up what to buy) The service was so fantastic that I did not hesitate just a few days later to go back to this company to buy more accessories and the extended wire closer as well as the thermal photo laminating machine. I am a teaching assistant and made my purchases to help with my job by binding individual sets of work for the children I work with as a group with special needs, hence the different coloured binding covers were needed to achieve this, but as I am paying for this out of my own pocket (and not the schools) I could not of afforded to buy all the coloured packs of 100.
