I ordered a pesonalised bear late on sunday night and paid the extra postage as I needed it for saturday. I got an email at 1030am on monday to say bear had been dispatched. To be honest as it was done so quick I wasnt expecting much but it arrived on tuesday and it is fantastic quality and wrapped up in a lovely bag. I would definately buy again and would recommend to anyone.

I had some difficulty in actually finding the Bear I wanted on the website. I had to find the identity number from another site and then enter that alongside Bears4U. I eventually managed but I had to be determined. Apart from that excellent service.
