All the people used such as plasterers, electricians etc. were obviously skilled at their work. All this resulted in a superb job, well done and on time. 5.0 out of 5 | I moved into a new bungalow of which I had no say in the design of and wasn't too happy about the bathroom, so after a couple of years of settling in and saving up a little cash, I decided on a refit and engaged Richard Bates to do the job. It was immaculate, not a fault in anything. I was so pleased with it, that when I moved house a couple of years or so later, I had him back to replace the 1968 bathroom I had just taken over. Yes, you've guessed it, complete satisfaction once again. (All of my friends and family also think it's great). 5.0 out of 5 | A more conscientious and unintrusive plumber than Richard you will never find. Always on schedule, he fitted a complete new bathroom bang on time and the workmanship was excellent and couldn't be faulted. He also tidied up and left no mess, taking it all away each day.

Richard was prompt in replying to our initial query all always turned up at the agreed time. He was very helpful with many good suggestions at the design stage and had plenty of details about local suppliers, some of whom offered us special discounts. He and his staff worked in a professional and friendly manner and the standard of work was excellent.
