5.0 out of 5 | I moved into a new bungalow of which I had no say in the design of and wasn't too happy about the bathroom, so after a couple of years of settling in and saving up a little cash, I decided on a refit and engaged Richard Bates to do the job. It was immaculate, not a fault in anything. I was so pleased with it, that when I moved house a couple of years or so later, I had him back to replace the 1968 bathroom I had just taken over. Yes, you've guessed it, complete satisfaction once again. (All of my friends and family also think it's great). Believe me, if you have him do your bathroom, you won't regret it one little bit. 5.0 out of 5 | A more conscientious and unintrusive plumber than Richard you will never find. Always on schedule, he fitted a complete new bathroom bang on time and the workmanship was excellent and couldn't be faulted. He also tidied up and left no mess, taking it all away each day.

4.7 out of 5 | We had a full bathroom conversion 6 months ago, including bath/shower, washbasin/vanity unit, radiator, new ceiling and lighting and wall and floor tiling. Richard was prompt in replying to our initial query all always turned up at the agreed time. He was very helpful with many good suggestions at the design stage and had plenty of details about local suppliers, some of whom offered us special discounts. He and his staff worked in a professional and friendly manner and the standard of work was excellent. They designed, supplied and fitted and the work was to a high standard, they carried out all the work as agreed and talked about and dust sheeted up the carpets and removed all the rubbish. We employed them to fit a new bathroom suite and tile the walls and floors. They worked quickly and efficiently in a happy and cheerful manner. They were very respectful of the fact that they were working in our home and behaved in an exemplary way. They always ensured that dust sheets were in place and cleaned up after themselves never leaving overnight mess. We are extremely happy with the finished product of their work, so much so that I am re-employing them to do further work on our properties. I have no reservations in recommending them to others.
