The business is owned by Richard Bates who has been involved in the Plumbing trade for many years. He is experienced enough to manage the business, having previously managed a team at a large business before.
I have worked with Richard for over a year now as I am an electrician and he calls me in for installing spot lights and wiring showers etc. Whilst working with Richard he always amazes me how he can totally transform a bathroom to its full potential. The end results look amazing and the customer is always over the moon! I will be using Richard later on this year to do my bathroom and I know the end results will be fantastic! Richard refurbished both my existing bathroom and ensuite including retiling the walls and floors. The work was carried out to a high standard and he accomodated late changes I requested as the job progressed. He is a reputable plumber and I was happy to leave my house keys with him and let him get on with the work without supervision. Would be happy to use again on any other jobs in the future.
Richard fitted a complete new bathroom for me. This included moving the sink and bath into new locations, tiling the floor and walls plus arranging to have the walls re-plastered and wiring for new spot lights. I am delighted with the new bathroom. The workmaship is excellent and Richard has taken a pride in doing a good job. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
Richard has installed a new bathroom and a pressurised central heating boiler for me, as well as completing numerous plumbing odd jobs. I can thoroughly recommend him. His workmanship was first class, and he supplied reasonable quotes and set dates for the work. He was always punctual, clean, and not intrusive in the house. He was also good on the after sales side, making sure that snags were sorted out and that I was satisfied with the job. Excellent service.
