Base offer a next day furniture service to property owners across London. Created especially for Landlords almost all of the products can be delivered next working day if ordered by 4pm. The prices include delivery and installation as well as the removal of all packaging. For a small additional fee base will even remove like-for-like items. Base can liaise with Tenants, Managing Agents or arrange for keys to be collected and returned (within a reasonable distance of the delivery address) at no additional cost. Base Property Specialists were asked to get involved in a tricky repair job which started out as a leaky tap underneath a integrated bathtub in my purpose built flat. The quick, intelligent response was exactly what was needed. Base made other suggestions to the space to improve the overall condition which were a great help. And allowed the bathroom to be upgraded which still came in under 1000GBP. I’m confident about value for money and quality of workmanship for the contractors you selected. Base salvaged a huge mirror from the bathroom and we ended up reusing it in the living space. The tenant is really happy with the timeline once Base got involved and everyone is pleased with the quality of finishes provided. Your work is very much appreciated. I would totally recommend Base Property Specialist for any property related service required.

The other reviews are true - Base are a breath of fresh air in an otherwise disappointing industry. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to others. I would also like to thank An Deckers in particular for being so helpful when we moved out of our flat. If you see a flat that you like that is being let by Base you should feel confident that you will have a pleasant experience dealing with them.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Base Properties, in particular Kristjan, throughout the whole purchase process.
He provided an excellent knowledge of the area - including honest views on the condition and potential of the property, was highly efficient in managing communication between myself and the seller and was always on hand and promp at addressing queries and driving things forward.

Base Property Specialists were everything you could wish for from an estate agent, but never normally get. Honest, efficient, straight forward and friendly. I will definitely use them again either to re let, or sell my property.

My husband and I have been renting a flat handled by Base for just over two years. Having had a nightmare with previous agents, we had learned to expect the worst when dealing with ANY estate agents! However, we were pleasantly surprised when we moved into our current home. As an American bound for London for the next three years, I went through an impressively difficult time finding a good property to let. After several attempts at striking out on my own and coming close to being scammed, I found Base Property Specialists. Working with An, I found the perfect property and area, suited to my needs and secure.
The initial process of securing the property was easy to manage, and Base was willing to work with me on a couple occasions when I made mistakes in paperwork, or while transferring my money from the US. Their effort on upkeep and staying in contact has also been excellent.
I would recommend Base for anyone, and especially for individuals renting from overseas. For a person trying to rent sight unseen from across a border or another country, they are an invaluable asset. Having a great range of properties to be let is certainly a good thing, but being worthy of such a high level of trust is truly what makes Base better than their peers.
