From the initial consultation, through the design and quotation, I was kept informed of timescales and costings. The work was completed on time and I was particularly impressed with the way they cleaned up as they went along. At the end, the work was done and there was no sign of it having happened. They left the stair clean and tidy. All in all, quality work at a very good price.

I had a stud wall erected and tailor-made built in wardrobes fitted into a large room, transforming the un-used space into a bedroom and dressing room. An electrician and plasterer were also involved in the job, sourced and managed by Bann Joinery. All the work was carried out to an exacting standard. In addition, a reclaimed door was sourced and fitted, matching the existing doors perfectly. James also sourced a wooden ladder for attic access and adapted it to make it secure.
I was given a timely and very reasonable quote for the work. James was helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The work was carried out very quickly and I am absolutely delighted with the results. Adaptations were made for no additional cost and they helped me hang a heavy mirror and curtain poles, shaved the door etc for no cost.

James and his team have just completed upgrading my kitchen. They put in new cupboard doors, flooring and worktop. The men were prompt each morning, any queries I had were quickly sorted, and he even cleaned and hoovered my kitchen when they had finished. Excellent service, and I'm really pleased with the completed job. So pleased, that we've just asked them back to do another job - fitting a Ramsey ladder and loft hatch.
We contacted Bann Joinery to do some works to achieve a completion certificate from the Council. We had put if off for ages thinking it would be a hassle and not attractive to any joiner. On meeting James, we were delighted that he was able to take on the work and we trusted that he would do a great job, which he did. He arrived exactly when he said he would, fitting in with our needs and charging reasonably for the work done. James did the job well, tidied up after himself and, most importantly for us, satisfied Building Control regulations. We now have the certificate we need and can’t recommend James and Bann Joinery highly enough. Would definitely use again for any project, large or small and hope to do so in our next house.
Bann Joinery built some bookshelves for me. James was extremely prompt, efficient and charming - a real pleasure to do business with. Oskar, who built the bookshelves, was a master craftsmen, who completed the work beautifully. He even vacuumed up once he'd finished! Highly recommended - I look forward to using Bann again soon.
James replaced an exterior door and sill as well as a window sill. He turned up when he said he would, charged what he said he would and did the work to a high standard. He sourced the door for us and paid attention to exactly what we asked for. I felt his price was very reasonable indeed and, most important to my mum, he left no mess at all. Also a very pleasant chap. Will use again and definitely recommend.
