I have been taking my dogs to Balanced Being for about 6 years. During this time Barney had a liver complaint, Sandy a nasal tumour and Trix I have only had for 6 months, during which time she has been chipped and spayed. I and my dogs have had wonderful attention at all times from all the staff. Thank you. I also see Sue on my own behalf and couldn't wish foe a kinder or more understanding helper.

I have only recently started using Balanced Being (in particular Helen O'Kelly) for problems with our family cat. I was so surprised to find that such people actually do exist! They have been helpful, polite, informative, not patronising and not nearly as expensive as one might imagine! I would not hesitate in reccomending them to all my family and friends. They are indeed, a rare find!

I was truly astounded when I first walked into the waiting room, I have never been to a surgery that felt so welcoming. The staff were brilliant and very knowledgeable. Very impressive all round!
