| 1.05 1.0 out of 5 - I called in to this place this week for a quick hair cut (I had a lovely thick long hair). I brought a picture to show how I want my hair have to be cut.
Hairdresser was way too busy chatting to her buddies "paying" with their hair as they were extremely bored, kept going to check her phone, used dirty brushes (full of somebody's else's hair.
At the final result I was totally horrified with the "style" she made me- cut all my long hair- I looked like a gran! I left and ran straight to "PH7" salon asking to help me, because I'd be hugely embarrassed to go to work looking so awful.
NEVER AGAIN I WILL GO THERE!
And by the way, Bailey Jacobs, rude answer just like you left for the 14y old boy does not do you any honour.
I think you must take responsibility for awful service.

I've been to the salon a few times for beauty treatments including false eyelashes and waxing and I've also had my hair put up for a wedding I was going to.
Always happy to help a damsel in distress! I would def recommend Bailey Jacobs to friends and family!

| 1.05 1.0 out of 5 -  Horrible place, was extremely rude and failed to give me a re style and colour I felt was adequate enough to make me want to back there and was VERY poor with follow up after advice after I received an allergic reaction which I was promise by the manager of this place WOULDN'T happen, DO NOT USE! one of the worst hairdressers I've been to in years.
My bad experience with bailey jacobs was on the 7th march.

Company response : This review was written by a 14 year old boy who is an ex employee. Further action has now been taken. We do not perform any chemical treatments without consultations and a signed disclaimer and health and safety questionnaires. Clients are always told they must perform a skin test at least 24 hours before treatments.
Kirsty does not appear in our booking system anywhere and no paperwork exists, which leads us to believe this person has written a fake review |
