We are STILL trying to get a refund after more than a month after they tried to charge us more on top of the 2 grand we paid for tickets to Pakistan. And now no tickets, no money.. Nothing, they conned us out of nearly 2 grand! Please everyone do your research first, do not make the mistake we did, when we first looked there were no negative reviews, I cannot believe the reviews on their own website are genuine?? Everyone we dealt with in this company has either left or in a business meeting every time we call, they put you on hold for 15 minutes, break promises, they do not call back and always LIE. Very rude, no customer service, shocked at their behaviour, and audacity. All have FAKE english names too! Very dodgy stay away!
