I went to see Diana for a first consultation at the start of January. She was very welcoming and I felt very comfortable. She strikes the right balance between letting you know what you really need to do and also reassure you (in attitude, rather than 'recycled' set phrases) that you can make changes in stages, without having to feel you need to go for either perfection or irretrievable failure. I spent a bit of time the next day trying to work out what I needed to do and how to fit it into my existing routine. Once I started I realised that it was all much easier than I'd first thought. I am very pleased to say that by the second week I started noticing marked improvement: my energy is steadily coming back, some of my symptoms have almost disappeared...and all with lots of yummy food! Today I had my first follow-up consultation, and Diana gave me all the time I needed and more useful tips. If you are sceptical, you only need try. When I first saw her I felt a bit 'I'll try this, but it probably won't work' - I was proven wrong very quickly. The initial expense on products is good value for money-they last for a long time. One small piece of advice: don't keep any 'secrets' from Diana, whether it's strange eating patterns or anything else - you will not feel judged.Read More

Had read several books on Ayurveda but found the sessions/classes that Diana runs very beneficial and informative. The discussions made clearer knowledge I had atained or misinterpretated from books.
I found Diana approachable and willing to impart her in depth lnowledge of Ayurveda. I would have no hesitation of contacting her over a health query.

I have benefited from learning TM from Diana and have also experienced massage and received diet and lifestyle advice. Diana also taught my children to meditate.
To have knowledge of the techniques that Diana teaches has been very helpful to us all on an ongoing basis and also in times of stress. Diana is very dedicated to the principles of Ayurveda and makes this traditional health care system accessible and relevant in a modern context. Life's about balance and Diana helps you achieve that.Read More
