Don't really know because when I called them, as requested in their response to my request for a quote - I was brushed off with 'I'm in a meeting right now so I will call you back'. They had no idea about the quote request and were very unprofessional. No thanks!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I called this company to discuss production, I spoke to a woman who firstly I couldn't understand, she was rude, abrupt, slammed down the phone when I queried the cost of £150 as being the high-end and the most expense quote for 1 per of trousers which would cost no more than £40 as they charge £20 per hour and would take 2 hours to make a per of trousers with 1 waistband, no pockets and basically 2 straight lines of sewing as appose to 7.5 hours as price quoted of £150 suggests. (Which was then dropped to £120 when queried) It's companies like these which give manufactures a bad name in the UK - they brag on their site about who they manufacture for but their professionalism and (that's their customer care number) which I called suggest otherwise. You will be ripped off, insulted, attacked before even getting to production stage. When I called back in disbelief shock of this persons unprofessional manner of ACTUALLY SLAMMING DOWN THE PHONE ON A PORTENTIAL CUSTOMER after insulting be by saying 'you’re not our type of customer' she made out she was someone else and slammed down the phone AGAIN. HOW RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL... This woman would clearly tear your eyes out in person I'm sure giving her attitude and bullying manner which would be best suited in a piggy den.... poor thing. This is why designer choose manufactures abroad… YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED GUYS!

The above company, not only produced a poor service and product which were not to my specification, they were also unprofessional in mannerism, to the extent where the manager hurled abuse at me in the street. The only reason why the police was not involved was because it was classed as a civil dispute. No formal invoice was done allowing the manager to overcharge me on the spot.

Company response : This client attended the workshop claiming she was part of a large organisation where really she is just a small start up. We quoted her before the worked commenced for us to manufacture only one very simple dress. On completion this lady arrived at our workshop refused to pay on the basis she was "broke" and had not money. She took the dress and ran off. We have taken this matter up as a legal case against her and her company as theft. Unfortunatly we have to deal with such people in business and its unfortunate in this particular case the lady has the ordasity to slander our reputation. The facts remain simple we are a highly reputable company who work for fashion's leading names such as Harrods, Liberty and Matthew Williamson. If you are interested in working with our company we will be more than happy to provide testimonials from these clients.
