| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - What a find!!-After months of faulty diagnostics and hundreds(£)wasted on pointless unnecessary fault correction from other garages (inclusive of main dealer)-I found AP and I’m so glad I did-Very helpful, Very informative Very professional-Not since the day of purchase has my car looked or performed so well-Would defiantly recommend-They went the extra mile when my car wouldn’t !!!!

| 2.75 2.7 out of 5 - We have just been to Auto Performance to get our brake discs and pads replaced after it was found in our service-again done by the guys at AP.Unfortunatley our brakes squeaked really badly after it was done, we have just taken the car back to be checked and although they checked the pads and discs and found no problems they replaced them with no quibble and on they same day. No more squeak! Really pleased with the customer service. Edit: would like to change my previous comment.After about a week my brakes started to squeak again.Took it back a second time after complaining and It's happened again-alright for a week then back to squeaking.I believe we did get new brakes in the original service but no change since.To top it off my brake light which was fixed by them 5 months ago has now gone.It's still in the 6 months guarentee, but I won't be returning to get it fixed. Edit-I feel I must mention Auto Teesside had called to try and resolve the issue but we decided to decline at the time.Again good customer service but just a personal decision not to go back.
Company response : We at Auto Performance Teesside feel sorry that the issue with the squeaking brakes is still evident and feel sorry that you think we have failed you, but from your previous review you praised our customer care and replacement of parts FOC as each fault has to be dealt with differently depending on the nature of the fault ocurring. As we did make you aware the warranty procedure on your first visit the faulty parts where replaced by the supplier on two occassions as you have mentioned "with no quibble". We feel we have tried to resolve the issue for you in the best manner possible and because the vehicle takes at least a week before the issue becomes apparent its very hard to pin point the cause as I'm sure any one would understand we cannot drive your car for a week to see if a fault becomes apparent. We have contacted you to try and resolve the issue and you have declined to which we respect your position and have closed the complaint file and hope that if you have any other issues you will contact us by telephone or letter to resolve the issues raised. |

| 5.05 5.0 out of 5 - Very professional service. Took my car in for an interim service which I was quoted a more han reasonable price for. I was then called and told the brakes needed changing and was told the make of the Brakes (Ferodo which are not the cheap and nasty ones other garages will try and use) and again these were supplied and fitted at a very reasonable cost.
I will have no problem recommending both the service and the efficiency of the garage and look forward to using them again in the future

I found Auto Performance on this very review site as I'm very, very wary of garages on the whole - most of my past experiences involve daylight robbery by 'sales mechanics' that shouldn't be allowed to face a customer. My experience with Auto Performance Teesside was absolutely the opposite. Staff were friendly, helpful and informative. My vehicle was collected from work and a courtesy car left for me. They fitted a part that I had purchased myself and not had time to fit, MOT's and major serviced the car and the value for money was amazing. I'm going to reccommend them to all of my friends and colleagues as it was such a refreshing change...
